When asked to justify, they said that their competitor M1 set the precedent.
Therefore their philosophy must be: Two wrongs make a right.

Another excuse was that they notify their customers by SMS.
Therefore their philosophy must be: Mere notification by SMS gives them the right to charge consumers automatically.
