Abortion to Adoption

I heard from Parliament today that there are 13,000 abortion a year, of which 2/3 are from married couples?
Isn't it a cruel way of birth control? Or are they ignorant of birth control? Why isn't there a campaign to teach married couples how to do so?
Why is the silence so deafening? Can God hear the cries of the babies, silence within the wall? Can God feel the desperate kick of the baby within the womb? Can the mother feel the pain of the child inside her? Where' the justice?

There are 700 adoption a year, of which half are from foreign countries.
