How to Tell a Story - The Secrets of Writing Captivating Tales (by Peter Rubie and Gary Provost)
Gary Provost share this template for writing a plot:
Once upon a time, something happened to someone, and he decided that he would pursue a goal. So he device a plan of action, and even though there were forces trying to stop him, he moved forward because there were a lot at stake. And just as things seemed as bad as they could get, he learned an important lesson, and when offered the prize he had sought so strenuously, he had to decide whether or not to take it, and in making that decision he satisfied a need that has been created by somehting in his past.
Remember Your Past. Write It and Publish It! in as little as 12 weeks!
Today I subscribe for this course which is conducted by Angela Hoy at www.writersweekly.com. She also runs a publishing company at www.booklocker.com. The 6-week course starts in March.
It was cheaper than the others and within my limited budget. I thought it would a good way to force me to write something everyday. If it works, I hope to waste some money in having an ebook with Booklocker, just for the learning experience.
I am also looking at www.cafepress. com. This is a good place to consider if you want to print one copy to get a feel of what your book will look like - for just US$10. No setup cost.

Many Wasted Life
In Uganda, 200 people were burnt to death by rebels. The rebels raided a village, got the families - mothers and children including - into their hut and burnt them alive. I could not imagine the horror, the atrocity, and the helplessness.
